  • Data extraction from millions of unstructured mortgage documents for a Fortune 500 company. Scalable, cloud-based, data ingestion, online training, deployment pipeline.

Engagement Modes

We support a few different engagement modes.

Project-Based

Best for: Clients with specific, well-defined projects and clear objectives, for example, system design and implementation.

How it works: We collaborate with the client to deliver a predefined set of deliverables within a specified timeline. Pricing is typically fixed based on project scope and timelines.

Retainer-Based

Best for: Clients who require ongoing or long-term support, regular consulting, or regular access to experts.

How it works: The client pays a fixed monthly fee for a set number of hours per week for support and consultation. The retainer can also cover proactive services such as continuous monitoring or periodic updates.

Hourly/Time-Based

Best for: Clients who need tailored, timely support or advice. For guidance on steering the project in its early stages, brainstorming sessions or focused, short-term objectives.

How it works: Clients can request consulting services on an as-needed basis by purchasing a block of hours upfront.
